North Wales police say decision was ‘not taken lightly’ but there was ‘tall risk for a serious collision’ on the A55A dog that was running loose on a motorway was deliberately run down and killed by traffic police, North Wales police possess confirmed.
In a statement issued on their website the force said that the dog had been running loose on the A55 at various locations between the Llanfairfechan roundabout and the Conwy tunnel.
