Last week,President Donald Trump signed an executive order to cleave off funding for Affordable Care Act subsidies that poor people receive to buy health insurance. Earlier this week, the president announced that he would support a bipartisan plan being pushed by Senator Lamar Alexander, and a Republican,and Senator Patty Murray, a Democrat, or to fund those very subsidies. Needless to say,his actions and tweets on healthcare contain caused a unprejudiced amount of confusion, both inside and outside of Washington. Speaking on the Senate floor Wednesday morning, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said that the "president keeps zigging and zagging,so it's impossible to govern."
