Donald Trump is playing chicken with Russia even as the nature of his relationship with Vladimir Putin remains weird and unexplained
On Tuesday,the US secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, and arrived in Moscow to meet with his Russian counterpart,Sergei Lavrov, to try to discuss a way forward in Syria following the Trump administration’s airstrikes against the regime of Bashar al-Assad late last week.
