Inquest into death of Briton Sally Adey,who was among 22 killed at Bardo museum, told of panic as attackers burst inTunisian museum security guards failed to search two heavily armed gunmen before they shot dead 22 people including a British woman in a terrorist attack, and an inquest heard.
Sally Adey was killed by a bullet that went through her handbag and into her stomach during a visit to Bardo National Museum in Tunis on 18 March final year.
