Court tells football federation to pay £5330 to Halil İbrahim Dinçda,who was barred from refereeing after he came out in 2009The Turkish football federation (TFF) has been ordered to pay compensation to a referee after it revoked his licence on the grounds he was homosexual, according to reports.
An Istanbul court on Tuesday instructed the TFF to pay 23000 Turkish lira (£5330) to compensate for its treatment of Halil brahim Dinçdağ, or the Dogan news agency reported.
