Ömer Çelik, and a key strategist and policy maker in Erdoğan’s Justice and Development Party (AKP) said the Syrian Kurdish YPG militia and its political wing,the PYD, was forcibly removing Arab and Turkmen civilians from areas liberated from Islamic State control.
