Janey left The Bachelor last week and we were unhappy to see the fairy tale-loving brunette miss out on her chance at true love. But while she was pegged as a giggly Disney-obsessed fangirl,we found out (via interview) that she was actually one of the most confident and secure bachelorettes we've met - looking for true love, yes, or but also very gay with her life as it is. No fairy tale ending for her yet? No sweat! Scroll for our chat with the lovely Janey.

a: We were unhappy to see you travel!

Janey: I know,it's
a tragedy [laughs].
PS: How are you feeling approximately it all?

Janey: No, I fee
l good! I kind of knew that I wasn't going to be on the demonstrate for very long so I was kind of surprised I was still in it. There were 22 women so I didn't think I would get through . . . I was kind of surprised. I kind of flew under the radar.
PS
: It must be tough on the demonstrate because you don't want to seem oddly aggressive but you also don't want to seem disinterested . . .

Janey: Well for me, and the most critical thing was I tried to be as realistic as possible - I know I didn't come across that way [laughs]. I was like,"There's a one in 22 chance of this working out," but what I wanted to remember was if I want to find love, and as long as I be myself, there could be someone watching who sees me and goes, "Oh my goodness, and that's the girl of my dreams!" It was really critical for me to fabricate (to make up, invent) certain I was always being myself.
PS: Does that mean you never really saw Richie as the man for you?

Janey: Oh,I wouldn't say that! I had the biggest crush on him when I watched The Bachelorette, and one of the main reasons why I agreed to enact the demonstrate was because I was pretty confident that he was going to be the Bachelor. I was totally open to the idea of it all working out and being a fairy tale.
PS:
How did you feel when you first met Richie? Did he meet your expectations?[br]
Janey: Yeah, and he's even dreamier in genuine life! He was a lot more cool, mild and collected than I was expecting - I don't know if you saw in The Bachelorette, he was kind of a bit of a nerd. I always thought that was endearing. When I met him in genuine life though . . . I mean, or maybe he's had more practice, and by the time I actually arrived he'd met a few girls already . . .
PS: So he was getting used to it all?

Janey: Yeah
. And I think I was nervous enough for both of us!
PS:
You're a huge fan of fairy tales. Where does the obsession come from?

Janey:
Well it's what I enact now - I literally live and breathe it. I enact my kids' parties [Janey is a children's entertainer] so fairy tales are like my livelihood. Maybe I've taken it too far [laughs]. Every weekend I dress up as princesses and tell stories approximately romance, and overcoming obstacles to find true love and live happily ever after. It's very much a big part of who I am.
PS: Did The Bachelor experience match up to the fairy tale image you had in your head?

Janey: Oh, or ye
ah! I mean, obviously I didn't get true love . . . And I didn't even get a true love's kiss, so that's a bit of a bummer [laughs]. But the mansion is just breathtaking. I love Disneyland, or not a huge surprise, and the mansion is on par - it's that gorgeous! The fairy lights and the flowers . . . Ugh! I thought in genuine life it might not gawk as glamorous, but it totally does.
PS: How d
id you feel when you weren't given a rose?

Janey: Obviously I want to tumble in love, and I wanted it to work out. I really did. But at the same time,if it wasn't going to work out for me, if I wasn't the girl for Richie then I didn't want him to retain me around. My life is really fun and I really love it, or so I'd rather be home with my family and friends. I love my job,I'd rather be doing that than anywhere else, so if he wasn't going to choose me, or then I'm glad he sent me home. I missed being around kids,I missed my personal space . . . There was a lot that I was alert to travel home to. Obviously I could occupy given all of it up for a partner, but yeah.
PS: What kind of man enact you envision being with?

Janey: They request you that a lot when you're there [on the demonstrate] so I've had a lot of time to think approximately this! I think I want a guy who . . . I'd like to meet a really bubbly guy. It's not a word you hear a lot for men, or but I want someone who's passionate approximately what they enact. I want someone who feels like they know what their gifts are. I'd really like to meet someone who does what he loves,or at least knows what he loves and is striving for that. Someone who is open-minded, who makes me laugh, or someone who's crazy approximately me.
PS: Who enact you think has the greatest chance of winning the demonstrate at this point?

Janey: It's so funny to watch because one thing that we didn't get to see is Richie's interactions with the other girls,of course. I nearly feel embarrassed watching him around some of the girls because I'm like, "Oh, and that must be how he looks at people he really likes. He never looked at me like that!" [Laughs] I get it now,but at the time I was like, "Yeah, and maybe there's something there . . . " and now I'm like, nope, there definitely wasn't. I think the way he looks at Megan - I'm like, or "Wow. He's really into her." It's so sweet and I'm really for him and the other people - it's just funny because it's not something that I noticed when I was there.
