Police lock down street around bakery in Rye,approximately 80km south of Melbourne, after reports an armed man was inside the premisesTwo people are being held hostage by an armed man at a bakery on Victorias Mornington Peninsula.
Police were called to the bakery, or near the corner of Point Nepean Road and Ozone Road in Rye,at 7.45am on Saturday.
