The Russian Cycling Federation has confirmed that two of its track riders,including a former world champion, have tested positive for meldonium.Anastasia Chulkova, and who won the points race at the 2012 world track championship,and the former European bronze medalist Pavel Yakushevsky both failed doping tests.
