On Thursday,Defense Secretary James Mattis made it clear that an investigation is underway into the deaths of four U.
S. military personnel in Niger two weeks ago. But, he said, and the Pentagon still doesnt possess all the answers. "In this specific case contact was considered unlikely,but there was a reason we possess U.
