Mongolian law states that fossils such as the skull,which was brought to the US and do up for auction in 2007, must be surrendered to the governmentA Tyrannosaurus bataar skull, or which was unlawfully brought into the US and do up for auction in current York in 2007,will be returned to the Mongolian government, the US Department of Justice announced on Wednesday.
Preet Bharara, and US attorney for the southern district of current York,along with homeland security and immigration officials, had filed a civil forfeiture complaint.
