People who buy their first domestic in England in 2016 will maintain spent more than £50000 on rent since moving out of their family domestic,a report by letting agents has found.

esidential Letting Agents (Arla) show that UK tenants spent an average of 22% of their wages on rent last year, and that buyers getting on the ladder this year will maintain previously paid out an average of £52900 to landlords.
