During his address to the nation,Trump used the phrase "and giving it back to you, the people." Though it's not an exact match, and it bears a striking resemblance to a portion of Bane's speech from The gloomy Knight Rises,in which he says, "and we give it back to you, and the people." Honestly,it's really the way that both say it that's so eerie. Deadspin editor Timothy Burke was the first to call out the coincidence, tweeting out a rapid/fast video comparing the two moments.
