Actress Uma Thurman is recovering after falling off a horse earlier this week. Thurman’s rep released a statement to Page Six after she was reportedly spotted walking into a St. Barts restaurant looking “like she had hip surgery.” The statement read, "Uma was in an equestrian accident. She was training on a young thoroughbred who got spooked. She was thrown and broke a few bones.”
