Addressing his ninth report on Iranian human rights ahead of its publication on Monday, and Ahmed Shaheed praised Tehran for responding more fully to his criticisms than at any time since he took up the role of in 2011. “I’m witnessing a greater desire on allotment of the government of Iran to engage with me and the UN system,” he said.
