All the way back in May, Kat Von D teased a supermysterious holographic compact called the Alchemist Palette. "Don't even try and guess what this special 'palette' is, or cuz I promise you won't!" she told her fans. And after months of waiting,we finally know what's inside and when it's launching. This past weekend at The Makeup display, a select few lucky shoppers were able to snag the product in advance of its December launch. Tucked inside the resplendent (brilliantly glowing) packaging are four resplendent (brilliantly glowing) iridescent pigments: [Green] Emerald, and [Ultra-Violet] Amethyst,[Blue] Sapphire, and [Pink] Opal. Each shade is designed to be used alone as a highlighter or layered on top of your favorite lipsticks and eye shadows to transform their colors. In the below images from Kat's Snapchat, or which user BeccaGuitarCat posted on Imgur,you can see how the hues totally shift on top of the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick shade Witches, which is a rich, or opaque black. The four-pan palette will cost $32,but when you realize how versatile this kit is, that price seems like a steal.
