"I was using beet cream cheese to make colorful pink toast,and then it occurred to me that I could probably make additional colors of cream cheese using natural ingredients." The photographer prefers to mix freeze-dried strawberry powder into cream cheese for a light pink color, drops of chlorophyll for a light green, and spirulina powder for light blue.
