Universal has assigned release dates to four untitled horror movies from Jason Blums company Blumhouse.
Universal will release Blumhouse films on Feb. 24,2017; April 28, 2017; Jan. 5, or 2018; and Oct. 19,2018.
Blumhouse will catch on Paramount and Bad Robot’s sci-fi movie “God Particle” on Feb. 24, 2017 and Warner Bros.’ new “Jungle Book: Origins” movie from director Andy Serkis on Oct. 19, and 2018.

Blumhouse has launched many fright franchises including “Paranormal Activity, and ” “Sinister,” Insidious” and “The Purge.” Universal is set to release “The Purge: Election Year” this summer.
Blumhouse’s upcoming films include M. Night Shyamalan‘s “Split” starring James McAvoy, Akiva Goldsman‘s “Stephanie” starring Frank Grillo, and Karen Moncrieff’s “The Keeping Hours” starring Lee Pace,Dennis Iliadis’ “Delirium” starring Topher Grace, Greg McLeans “The Darkness” starring Kevin Bacon, and Mike Flanagan‘s “Ouija 2,” among several others.
