During a ceremony at the French embassy,Sarah Saldaña, director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or officially repatriated the summary artwork,titled La Coiffeuse (The Hairdresser). It was signed over to Frédéric Doré, the Embassy of France’s deputy chief of mission.
