(United States Fourth Circuit) - In a criminal prosecution of a juvenile, the juvenile's appeal is: 1) dismissed as interlocutory the appeal over the dismissal of the information without prejudice and the denial of his motion for dismissal with prejudice; 2) affirmed as to the district court's authorization of disclosure of the confidential documents; and 3) vacated as to the district court's decision to authorize disclosure of juvenile's identity where the controversy surrounding the issue is moot.
