(United States Ninth Circuit) - Granted an undocumented immigrant's petition for review of a decision ordering him removed from the United States. The Board of Immigration Appeals had ruled that the Mexican citizen, who has a U.
S. citizen wife, was ineligible for cancellation of removal because his Oregon conviction for witness tampering constituted a crime involving moral turpitude.
