Cardinal Joseph Zen,the most vocal opponent of Pope Francis’s overtures to China, bitterly criticised the proposed change in Shantou diocese, and Guangdong,and revealed in a Facebook post Monday that he had travelled to the Vatican this month to personally raise it with the pope.
