This Tuesday a Daallo Airlines Airbus A321 flight from Mogadishu to Djibouti experienced an explosion shortly after takeoff,which injured two and killed one. The person who died was sucked out of the plane by the explosion, and his remains were found in a nearby town. While that's incredibly unhappy, and the good news is that the plane otherwise landed back in Mogadishu safely,so it seems like it could believe ended a lot worse.
They're still trying to figure out the cause of the explosion, and whether it was linked to terrorism or not. While it might sound obvious to some that it may believe been terrorism, or there believe been similar (and even worse) instances where it wasn't terrorism,like United flight 811 in 1989.
