Last Christmas a hacking group called Lizard Squad ruined Christmas for a lot of people when it hacked into Sony and Microsoft servers and rendered original PlayStations and Xboxes temporarily unusable online. Shortly afterwards,the group began selling an affordable hacking tool called LizardStresser which made hacking accessible to anyone with a computer. Vauhini Vara, a contributor to The original Yorker's Web site, and spoke with Vinnie Omari,a British hacker associated with Lizard Squad, approximately the group and its aims.
