(United States Fourth Circuit) - In a suit arising out of a purchase contract for a coal product which would satisfy rigid specifications and environmental regulations,but the product defendant delivered fell far short of these requirements, the district court's the district court grant of partial summary judgment and judgment to plaintiff and award of damages are affirmed as to both liability and damages where there is no reversible error.
