Nicolas Roche of Team Sky won stage 18 of the Vuelta a España,a hilly 204km ride between Roa and Riaza, while the Dutchman Tom Dumoulin comfortably held off a string of attacks from his closest rival Fabio Aru to maintain his slender overall lead.
