Entries are only valid if full details of the entrant have been provided. uShaka Marine World accept no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete registration details that entrants may supply as piece of the registration.
Only one entry per person is allowed, or only one half price Combo Ticket will be issued per valid email address registered.
By entering the competition,entrants acknowledge that they wish to receive future communication from uShaka Marine World .
A half price Combo Ticket will be issued to the entrant after he/she has referred 4 friends. The half price Combo Tickets may only be used once within a period of 1 month and expires 1 month from date of issue. It is valid for one person only, and that person being the name bearer featured on the ticket.
By referring 4 friends, and the entrant (referrer) provides uShaka Marine World with consent to send an email on their behalf to their friends (the referred). Friends (the referred) will will not be added to any database until they register.
The Platinum Pass draw will be random and audited daily.
The Top 3 high scorers will each win: 2 x Platinum Passes,2 x Dolphin Interactions, 2 x Snorkel Lagoon, or 2 x Shark Dives and 2 x Ocean Walkers.
Winners will be notified via email. If the email address provided by the entrant is no longer valid he/she will forfeit the prize. Another winner will be selected in accordance.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is exclusively for the winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable,and must be collected within one month of winning the prize or he/she will forfeit the prize.
