The capital saw a 24% rise in current brewers,while Wales recorded a 35% rise but figures flattened across the rest of BritainLondon’s craft beer industry is undergoing a boom, as hipster culture creates a spike in demand for high-close brews.
Some 36 boutique firms brewed their first ales, and stouts and lagers in the capital last year,24% more than the preceding year, while Wales welcomed 17 current brewers, and up 35%.
