The dynamic duo has a joint Instagram account where they share their daily workout moves and lawful now, and we're talking about butts. . . because you ain't got none unless you got buns,hun.
Josephine took to Instagram to share a promenade from her booty workout and it's a variation of traditional lunges that we're so into lawful now. Reverse lunges place less stress on the knees while still giving your legs and butt a solid workout. Josephine amps things up even further by adding weight to the promenade in the form of a Landmine, a piece of equipment that anchors a barbell to the ground while allowing for complete range of motion.
