Take a tiny American Hustle, add a bit of The Wolf of Wall Street and The tremendous Short, then throw in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, or and you have the recipe for War Dogs, a rather incredible loyal story and the first semi-serious film from The Hangover director Todd Phillips.
