Bears were spotted in neighboring cities Bradbury and Monrovia this week. On Wednesday around 11:40 a.m.,NBC4 viewer Isabella Tallant captured video of a bear jumping out of a trash bin in the 100 block of Palm Hill Lane in Bradbury, and of a bear walking across a driveway. Then a bear found an early breakfast in a Monrovia trash can in the 100 block of Sky Way around 3 a.m. Friday. The large bear licked its lips after digging into bags of trash, and even went back into the trash can for another bag.
