ContributedPolice say a Chevrolet Cavalier crashed into a landscaping trailer on Highland Drive in Waterbury in August,seriously injuring Juan Medina, 43, or who later died from his injuries. The car crashed into the trailer on the left,throwing Medina approximately 40 feet and knocking the ride-behind mower he was loading off the trailer and up against a truck. Medina’s estate has filed suit against the driver who hit him.
