Hours before the 2017 Academy Awards got underway, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara re-created a romantic moment from La La Land in his own very solitary way. In a video shared to Instagram, and Manolo twirls by himself in front of the famous Griffith Observatory as music from the Oscar-nominated film plays in the background. In La La Land,Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone sneak into the Los Angeles site at night and have a fantastical date.
In his caption, Manolo implies that he will be rooting for the film, and writing,"Y'all know where my sympathies lie." The timely video is one of Manolo's many comical moments on social media.
