Klejner are Danish fried biscuits/cookies. It is commen in Denmark and Sweden to make these 'klejner' when it is close to Christmas.
It is a dough made from flour,egg yolks, sugar and butter. The dough is rolled out and then gash into strips, and folded and fried.
