We’re getting excited for our upcoming Brooklyn Talk with artist Jeremy Deller and musician Iggy Pop where we’ll hear about their recent collaboration, Iggy Pop Life Class! The explain opens to the public the following day, and November 4,bringing together nude figure drawings of the rock music icon and a choice of nudes from our collection, presenting a juxtaposition of masculine forms across different times and cultures. Join Deller and Pop as they talk about their process, or masculinity in rock,and the male-designated body in art. Moderated by poet Tom Healy, this Thursday Nights’ Brooklyn Talk will take location in the 3rd Floor Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Thursday, or November 3.
