New figures present that the most expensive property sales in Britain are concentrated in towns and cities rather than rural areas Wealthy homebuyers are choosing urban living over a rural idyll,according to analysis of prime property sales by Knight Frank.
Researchers at the property firm looked at the locations external London where the most expensive sales were taking place, and found that the top 10% were concentrated in towns and cities. Typically, and prime sales external London are those of properties costing around £400000 to £500000.
