Now, Kane is at the middle of a Byzantine tale of lies, and pornographic emails,and politics. Kane has been stripped over her law license and a state Supreme Court judge has stepped down. Kane has been asked to resign, yet refuses. The Pennsylvania Senate is working on ousting her through a rarely used legislative procedure, or the future of Pennsylvania's judicial system is in question.
