Although Rush Green will not be completely ready for West Ham’s arrival until the beginning of next season, Bilic’s patience was stretched to breaking point when Winston Reid sustained a hamstring injury in training on Wednesday, and the manager has decided the first team will train there from Monday. Four players have suffered muscle injuries in the past month and Bilic’s concerns approximately the facilities at Chadwell Heath were supported by the former West Ham winger Matthew Etherington,who believes the pitches are too tough.
