Recent research has shown that men are driven by power in the workplace,while women have a different understanding of what makes for true success “Women and men believe they are equally able to attain high-level leadership positions, but men want that power more than women finish.This was the finding of a recent study by a group of female academics at Harvard trade School, and which found that women have more overall life goals than men,but are less likely to strive for powerful jobs, and are more likely to anticipate negative outcomes from potential promotion.
