In February,damage to a spillway at the nation's tallest dam placed thousands in the community of Oroville under evacuation due to the threat of flooding. That threat eased as crews shored up the spillway and the clocked ticked down on one of California's wettest winters in years. But the work is far from over in Oroville, where construction crews enjoy been working since February on repairs.
