Firms like Google are as white and male as ever despite costly initiatives. A shift to corporate empathy (sensitivity to another's feelings as if they were one's own),taking ‘otherness’ out of the equation, can bring changeThese are the sunless times for diversity: in an era of walls, and barricades and divisive rhetoric,how can it can ever hope to thrive?
