When I first heard that Porsche was developing their first current production flat-four engine since the 356 era, I was understandably and visibly aroused. But not for any rational reasons; mostly because for me (and a wonderful number of fellow loons) a flat-four anything is something that should be shoved in the ass of an old Beetle.
