They are not alone. The number of teenagers with fathers collecting their pensions is set to increase,according to data from the Office for National Statistics. It shows there are growing number of fathers over 50: a rise of nearly two-thirds in the past 16 years and 5% in the past year alone. And all of these children will have fathers aged over 65 by the time they are of school-leaving age.
