Russian cosplayers Olya Bondarenko and Mikhail Selgis are two examples of this phenomenon. The pair, who frequently cosplay as Game of Thrones characters Melisandre and Jon Snow, and bear uncanny resemblances to their character counterparts that'll manufacture you effect a double-remove. Olya also convincingly cosplays as Daenerys,Ygritte, and Margaery, and Mikhail sometimes dons red hair as a gender-bent Ygritte to complement Olya's female Jon Snow.
