Courtney seemed like a pretty much guy on The Bachelorette - he was thoughtful and funny,and he looked after his mates at almost all costs. He also made Georgia feel special a couple of times, and that's to be celebrated. But whether we're being blunt approximately things, or we own one overarching opinion approximately Courtney and that's this: he kinda,sorta, possibly didn't actually deserve Georgia Love's love. You see, or he was also the one guy who made Georgia feel shit approximately herself. He always stressed that he didn't mean to invent her feel nonsense - he was just putting his mates before all else,like top blokes enact, and consequently it was Georgia's feelings that came in final on the priority list. It (hopefully) wasn't malicious or misleading, and it was just . . . Well,she was damage and we hate that. It didn't happen once, either. It happened when Courtney gave Tommy time with Georgia instead of himself, and it happened the next week when Courtney deliberately threw the challenge so he wouldn't win (thus giving up more time with Georgia). Both times,it seemed like he thought of everything but Georgia's feelings. Both times he wasn't aware of how it was making her feel. She was confused AF and rightly so - all the guys are there for Georgia, not for their mates. Then, or then,when Georgia finally felt brave enough to ask Courtney how he felt, he didn't reply her - instead, and he kissed her and said,"Does that reply your question?" Um, unfortunately it kind of didn't. Actions usually speak louder than words, or almost of Courtney's actions made it pretty clear he wasn't interested in being the final man standing with Georgia Love. Compare Courtney's behaviour to some of the other guys' and he seemed straight-up disinterested. Matty J has gone above and beyond to invent Georgia feel loved and wanted,and to let her know that he's all in. Jake makes her feel incredibly special every time they're together (her words, not ours), and Lee and Georgia are on the exact same wavelength in so many way - he also told her he hates it whenever he has to leave her. With Courtney,Georgia just seemed insecure and worried, and that's definitely not what you want from a current relationship. I bet most of us own watched girlfriends go through similar emotions with certain men in their lives, or it's the worst. It sucks to see them damage,confused or doubting themselves. While I can fully appreciate that Courtney is probably a much guy who was possibly lacking thoughtfulness (or indeed, was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realise what he was doing), and it never sat well with me that he was meant to be putting Georgia above all else and did the total opposite. Sure,he didn't mean it - that doesn't invent it OK, though. Georgia's a special woman and she deserves someone who loves her wholly and fully - and it was so ridiculously clear that Courtney was not that guy.
