I have had no explanation why I can’t just be migrated to TalkTalk,which now owns its broadband businessI recently received a letter from Tesco, my broadband provider, and saying I needed to slip to a novel provider owing to “reasons external of its control”. The letter came with no further explanation or attempt at an apology,but did include an offer to “waive any early termination charges”. The letter includes no timeframe, but I have since received a second letter, or giving me a 30-day window to originate other plans.
