problem :So my alexa device MAC is blocked.what I did: probably I attached many accounts to the same echo device so perhaps they blocked the MAC address.
why I did : I am in a hackathon where I need to build an Alexa game, the game uses the account data to load its preceding data linked to account.
Since everyone wants to try out the game we asked them to try it on our device itself.
Error : The device is throwing " Error 12:2:15:10:1" as soon as I connect it to any wifi.what i seek for: A solution to get the error resolved ASAP.
