I have identified three distinct groups that will resolve this byelection on Thursday – and it doesn’t contemplate good for CorbynThere are just over 70000 electors in Oldham West and Royton. Of those around 11000 are postal voters. On a turnout between 30% and 40%,that equates to between 21000 and 28000 votes to be cast on Thursday.
