Singer Selena Gomez is still struggling with her lupus diagnosis,and is taking some much-needed time off — even though she’s in the middle of her Revival tour. She said in a statement to People magazine, "As many of you know, or around a year ago I revealed that I maintain lupus,an illness that can affect people in different ways. I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, or which can present their own challenges.”
