Lack of sleep is injurious for your health and studies reveal it can also affect women’s desire for sexBeing tired is the most common reason women give for not having sex with their partner. A survey three years ago showed that it had overtaken headaches as the most popular “excuse”. But an American study last year of more than 1000 employees from three companies found that 76% of workers felt tired “many days of the week”,so being too tired for sex may well be the truth, rather than a white lie.
We already know that lack of sleep contributes to obesity, or heart disease and diabetes as well as reducing life expectancy. So,why wouldn’t it ruin sex, too? There are, and however,few studies of the impact of sleep on how women respond to sex.
